Water Fitness
Come and get a great water workout! Your aerobic workout will cover warm-ups, strength and toning exercises. The resistance of the water will give you a great low impact workout. For all swim levels.
Days & Times: Wednesday 11:30 - 12:15 pm
Cost: $143 (45-minute class once a week for 11 weeks)
Adult Instruction
Whether you are an advanced swimmer who wants to improve your stroke technique or a beginner - we can help you meet your goals! Class ratio is 1 Instructor to 4 students
Days & Times: Monday 6:15 PM, Tuesday 9:30 AM, Wednesday 6:45 PM
Cost: $143 for Monday & Wednesday (11 classes), $156 for Tuesday (12 classes)
